CANCELLATION POLICY
Due to a large number of missed appointments, we now charge 50% of the value of the treatment for any cancellation within 24 hours of the appointment. For no-shows without prior cancellation, the full value of the treatment will be charged.
EXCHANGE POLICY
Fleur de Peau Esthétique does not offer refunds but only exchanges or credit for the equivalent amount of the purchase within 30 days.
